Help with my Hunter

I tend to do around 25k dps in raids maybe higher maybe lower depending on the situation.

I decided to run my character through askmrrobot. It's saying i should reforge into haste, i thought Crit was better for both MM and Surv?

As well as that is there anything noticable with my gear etc that i could do better? Thanks in advance!
