Light of Dawn or Grand Crusader. Also, Death's Demise isn't bad. However, all of those are server first titles from Wrath. Easy to get titles are Argent Champion and Crusader.

My paladin is "Of the Four Winds"
doesn't perfectly fit for a paladin, but I just love that title!
