Looking for this old PS2 game

Im trying to remember this old game i played when i had a ps2.. in the game you were a bully or something at a school and you pretty much skipped each class etc and you had to hide from hall monitors etc.. it looked like it was based in England or something.. the cover was blue and had a big logo of the school you were at.

I just remember riding a carnival at night time on a bike and if you got caught by teachers etc you were in trouble.

any1 remember? sorry thats all i can remember so its not much information.
