Interrupted downloader = corrupt files?

Hey all. I just received an invitation to test SWTOR this weekend, so I downloaded the setup executable and began the full content download while in the office today.

Got through about 8 GB of the download and decided to finish the rest at home (it's a laptop). Unfortunately when I try to run the SWTOR launcher to continue the download now, there appear to be corrupt binaries, since a DLL fails to load and then the launcher dies.

Is this common (albeit bad) behavior, is there a workaround, any options outside of starting over?

Any relevant information would be much appreciated. ^^
