Roar of Sacrifice Macro

If I'm targetting an enemy, it will roar of sacrifice myself.
If I'm targetting an ally, it will roar of sacrifice them.

/cast [harm,@player][noharm,@target] Roar of Sacrifice

Can anyone tell me if this is how it would go? I'm not good at making macros.
and I'm not sure if I need to make it [target=harm,@player][target=noharm,@target]. Any advice would be good
