Make it haps Asera!
Sounds like you need to work on circulation then. I had my computer in my office, but moved it down to the basement once I got my new system, and it was obscenely hot up there during the summer. Dropped my idle temps by 10-15C.
I do need to work on insulation around the hvac in my basement though, I think unfortunately the basement is now warmer now than it was in the summer, which is sad times for my attempts at 5.0
With how chaotic weather is here in the winter, I can't safely open the window more than 1-2cm when I am not home. -_-Window fan gogo!

Gonna be taking it farther sometime this weekend since I'm currently at an excellent voltage. Most x4 955's and 965's require ~1.45v for just 4.0, so yeah I definitely got a killer chip. I'll probably be posting another one sometime this weekend.

I use Ultra High LLC myself. And holy crap, you're at 4.7ghz and your temps are better than mine!

Hum, so my 5.0 attempt last night was folding for 6 hours, then bsod x101 ._.
Trying again with a small bump in vcore, temps steady at 92-93 on a couple cores, mid 80's on the other two.

No screenshot link since this OC was done a year ago but I can prove the authenticity, or atleast try to.
The Valid CPU-Z link name doesnt match my current PC's name since I have formated it to install my Raid 0 half a year ago and changed it, however you can see that I am Nbz on a different forum, my PC's name is Nbz and the CPU-Z valid link was posted by me (Nbz) as you can see on the url posted.
If you don't accept this, well /care then

Been having a lot of trouble trying to get a stable O/C going. Very happy with this so far. Might go higher in the future but it took a long time to get this stable so I'm gonna stick with it for a while. =P

9.5 hour P95 run.

Pulled off of my OCN validation.
12+ hour Prime custom blend. The best way to test Sandy Bridge is to do a P95 custom blend so that 95% of physical RAM is in use because of SB's MC on die.
