In theory, it should stack assuming each DH buff is independent from each other but if they made the mechanics like before, where buff of the same type doesn't stack with each other as if it is considered as only one spell/buff per target affected target, it wouldn't. Maybe you can ask this in official thread in a mechanics sub-forum if there are any since I can't post at the official community site. My account is frozen for quite a long time already.

My bad! Well I do believe somehow I shoulda just change the skill but assuming it follow the same mechanics, that would still be my answer.

Even if It did stack, it would be a waste turning out how strong DH is going to be. Using two at one time would be an utter waste of a CD.
