    First ever PC build!

Hey, this is the first time I'll be building a PC,, so just wanting to check that all the components I've decided on are compatable and good for that price bracket. I'm looking to play WoW/Skyrim maybe BF3 + other new games that will come out in the future. On that note I'm looking to "future proof" to an extent. Budget before Microsoft's blood money is around £1000, this is where I'm at so far:

    Corsair Obsidian Series 650D

Intel CPU Core i5 Unlocked 2500K

Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO CPU Cooler

Corsair Memory Vengeance LP Blue 8GB DDR3 1600 MHz

    650W Corsair Enthusiast Series

120GB SSD Corsair Force Series 3 Series SATA III - 6Gb/s Solid State Drive

MSI HD 6950 Twin Frozr III Power Edition/OC AMD Radeon Graphics Card - 2GB

    LG GH24NS70 24x DVD Writer

    Dual-Band PCI Adaptor 5Ghz/2.4Ghz

    Windows 7 Home Premium

So, that's what I'm planning to use.

A few notes before people dive in; yes, I know the case is a stupid price and I could get a better one for less money, but top of my list was ease of use as I've never done this before. I know I don't need 16GB of RAM, but it's cheap as hell these days so I thought why not, means I can mess around with RAM drives if I feel like it for fun. And yes, I play with wireless, my PC is in too awkward a position in regards to my phone line to be able to use wired, no choice here. Last thing is that I'm not willing to buy a Mechanical Harddrive currently due to ridiculous prices, will make do with 120GB SSD until they sort themselves out.

But yeah, go wild, what's good? What's not so good? Have I missed anything? Any better suggestions?

    Thanks in advance!
