LFR: requirement to get in

I may have over looked the requirements to get in what item lvl / what ever you call it to get into the LFR

All i've been able to find about it is this posted by Daelo on 10/26 (edited 11/9):

"Both halves of Dragon Soul are now testable through LFR. If you're level 85 and have an average item level above 372, you will be able to queue for the Siege of Wyrmrest Temple and the Fall of Deathwing."


The edit was to change it from 365 to 372, which appears to be the most up to date number.

I think it's Item Level 378 and no achievement or ither quest requirements.

No, you'd need gear from the new heroics... 378 gear drops from them

it drops 384 gear, which is a higher ilvl than normal mode firelands

And they require 353 on the PTR to queue for correct? So most people will be fine.
