Ambient Sound refuse to be disabled permanently

Ok so the scenario is, that I go to Options, then Sound and disable "Ambient Sound". So far so good.

Then I use CTRL-S to disable all ingame sound.
When I then use CTRL-S to enable ingame sound again, the option for "Ambient Sound" is once again ticked on.

Is this a bug in the standard UI that only I have or can any of you replicate it ? The easy solution is ofc to just turn the Ambient Sound bar totally down. But guess this should be reported to Blizzard anyways.

Ahhhh I'll try to remember to check this next time I'm in-game ... soooo I'll just post here in case I do forget, maybe I'll see it in my post history and be reminded ...
