check out a YT vid by taugrimtaugrim if you want good info on healing in pvp. He does a good job at describing the play through he does in huttball.

I actually like how there was never an instance of someone being 'globaled'. Fights actually lasted a good amount of time. Nice video.

I have been watching some of the live feeds (towlee and darthhater) and the pvp reminded me a lot of being in old school Tribes. Depending on this weekends beta it might be enough to drag me into this game, I haven't been impressed with the tanking videos I have seen and healers using guns just makes me wince... but the bg equivalents looked fun.
