Why is it so hard to find a Mythic raiding guild that isn't full of toxic people?

Just got VPLC (normal), already have DMC:Volcano and Rune of Zeth.
As Destro, which 2 should I be equipping?
I've looked on the usual places but either the opinions are conflicting or I'm missing something.

Some mornings it's hardly worth chewing through the restraints.

I would suggest doing a personal sim with your gear and see what comes out on top, I know they are all very close, so it's best just to run it and find out!

VPLC and Zeth will sim approximately 100 dps higher than VPLC and DMC at almost all gear levels.
