Aeon is a Horde 10 man raiding guild on the Earthen Ring (EU) RP server.

We used to raid as a 25man but resent events has forced us to reform into a 10man raiding guild.
With the same heart and focus we aim to be the best.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE SERIOUS ABOUT RAIDINGPROGRESSION


Aeon is the home of a large amount of very different players, from all sorts of backgrounds, countries and ages. What binds us together is our passion for raiding on the cutting edge of what this game has to offer. So if wiping on new content was your first love. You are a punctual person. Mature both in age and attitude. Are able to attend most of our schedule 4day raids. Able to attend 3 raids per week with a 60% attendancy over a month, minimum. Have a rock solid connection. Highly motivated to play World of Warcraf and have no plan in quitting in the near future. You have a good attitude against your guild mates and act as a model player for everyone. You are self-supporting and a initiative player, keeping yourself up-to-date with mods, resistance gear, consumables and guides. You need to want to strive to performing at your best and be ready for all encounters .We do not want to ”nanny” players and tell them what and how to do the basics. You are an exceptional player regardless of class, able to understand and adapt in fights quickly. Able to avoid and predict incoming aoe damage and are quick on your fingers adapting to raid leaders orders.
If all of the above seems to fit you. Then Aeon could very well be your new home.


Raiding Schedule & Times:


- 4 times a week with Friday, Saturday and Tuesday being days off.
- Raids start at 20:00 server time and end at 23:30 server time.

Requirements:

-Over 18.
-Can communicate in english.
-Mumble + microphone.
-Dedicated to WoW, with a good knowledge of the game and your class.
-Proper attedancy. Minimum 3 raids per week with a 60% attendancy over a month.
-Good gear relative to your level - people in unenchanted/ungemmed quest greens need not apply.
-Former raiding experience is desirable.
-Able to thrive on critisim, take some abuse, and not be easily offended.
-Able to read/write/understand English at a decent enough level.

Attitude and commitment are the most important. We do not want people who just log on to farm raids to get loot and then disappear for progression nights!

We advise you to take your time in writing your application. Remember that first impression lasts.
An application written in 5mins is not a way in to Aeon. Make sure you have read the rules and policy of Aeon before you make your application.

What we expect of you:

You come prepared for all raids with buffs, knowledge of the bosses you are about to face and high motivation.
You are keen to be the best of the best.
You know your class so well that we dont have to teach you how to play.
Your computer and internet connection are able to handle World of Warcraft.

What you can expect of us:

Aeon is the amalgam of three of the oldest pre-TBC guilds that have been raiding on ER since raiding began on ER. The majority of Aeon's members have a huge amount of experience on high-end PVE (and old-school PVP for that matter).
