Ok I can't tell from that, as there is no mention of a graphics card whatsoever.

open "Run" on your windows, and type "Dxdiag". Click on graphics. If there's a graphics card:

1. ATI brand: Look at the last 2 digits. It should be something like Radeon HD 6750 or 6680. If last 2 digits are a 50 and above, it may be able to play the game quite well.

2. Nvidia brand: This one can be tricky as they changed their naming convention.

Older models: look at their second digits:
examples:
8400, 8600, 8800
9100, 9500, 9700, 9800.

Anything above a *600 (7600, 8600, 9600) should be good to go.

new models: look at last 2 digits
examples
GT 330, GT440, GT 550.

Anything above a 30 should be ok as well (the 330 is roughly equal to a ATI 6950)

In case you don't catch the pattern, Nvidia's first digit (3, 4, 5) is the series. The 3XX series came out like 3 years ago. The 4XX 2 years, and recently the 5XX. The last 2 digits are their performance indicator of a sort. the 480 and 580 are top end cards. the 410 and 510 are budget and are good for... um... Counterstrike. :P

hardly, minimum req is 2ghz dual-core when it comes to processors.

i have a similar setup and its not gonna run SWTOR to where its playable and enjoyable. You will expierience tons of fps lag and will have to upgrade to a graphics card and maybe a better cpu

No, the 6150 is too slow. Go to Tom's hardware and look at the vga charts and find something in the middle. Just about anything that will run a modern game at 30 fps is fine.
