When to break your heroic t12 4 piece...

Is the normal t13 two piece worth breaking the 4 piece? My heart says no, but my sense of style screams YES.


I got fairly lucky in that few of my fellow raiders wanted to break their 4 piece so early and got 2 tier upgrades and the gloves off of Spine, I'm just not sure it's worth it to equip them just yet.

At first blush, it seems those three pieces were a fairly huge int upgrade to me, but i lost a ton of hit and haste. (below the ~30% mark plateau thingy)
