    You get it as soon as you get your advanced class, but only scoundrel smugglers and sniper agents get access to it.

    hmm thats interesting, do scoundrels and operatives use cover at all then? or do they rely on stealth?

    Scoundrels and Operatives get Stealth, but Gunslingers and Snipers do not.

    Gunslingers and Snipers get Portable Cover, but Scoundrels and Operatives do not.
