Looks alright, would replace the crit on bracers with Intellect, gloves mastery, but not a huge increase. Not sure why you are using 5 piece when your chest and helm are 384, could replace one of those with a valor one. Lavawalker on boots isn't exceptionally necessary, hit might be more suitable. Bottled wishes isn't that great whatsoever but maybe you used it for spine or something.

Edit - Buy the BoE crafted bracers also. They are a very large intellect increase.

DMC:V Is a bit outdated, but i guess thats your "luck"

I would say that you should think about your feet enchant aswell, and maybe get a run speed bonus, (Mastery+speed ench)
But the rest of it looks really good

Reforge:
Shoulders: Haste > hit
Belt: Haste > Hit
Legs: Mastery > crit

Will put you abit over hitcap, but you will get hitcap and more crit.

Also, youre living bomb uptime is shit low... like under 80 % all the time. You need to get some addon to improve your living bomb uptime. Try to time combustion with your trinket haste proc also.

Thats what I can see from a quick look.

Apparently I got skipped.... But I'll do you. Your talent choices seem weird. Considering you've cleared everything on HC and are(?) still farming.
For H: Yor I love having scorch costing no mana since you'll end up being at 0 mana for a few times in the fight. You can still do damage with Scorch.

Also you have reforged out of crit to mastery? Looking at your other Reforges you seem not to be arcane reforged. Glyph of Mirror Image is a DPS-loss for Fire, (around 40dps or so if I recall correctly, this is very minor but something that won't take you long to change.)

Other than that, GL with drops while farming the content
