First, thank the Lord for another birthday!
Find a friend or 2 and go eat at a pizza buffet (Shakeys if you have one) for lunch!
If you have some money, treat yourself to a little something. Maybe an electronic or a new PC/Console game.
Go with family and friends out to dinner at maybe a Dave and Busters?
I'll let you fill in the rest of the stuff with things to do, it may be hard to make stuff happen on the spot on short notice. You could go to the movies or hit up the beach.
