Just to let anyone know I just spoke to GAME and the reply back was:

I wish to confirm that we will be shipping the game with the intention of arriving on the early access release 15th December. However in order to gain early access for this game you will need to have an early access code.

I have a friend who works in my local Game store and he told me my Collector's Edition was upstairs in the store room, he then showed me it through the door to prove it as he wasn't allowed to give me it until Wednesday.

Aye, I was a little concerned about it, given the news about Amazon.com/Wal-mart et al... emailed and got a response saying that so no worries. Well, no worries as long as Parcel Farce don't bugger up :/
