Well, a little story, I was out with my fiance shopping for some xmas presents today, I stopped by local gameshop and told myself, "what the hell, the beta wasn't exactly great, gonna try it anyway." So I picked up boxed preorder, redeemed and yeah got Early Game Access the very day I preordered this game

I registered my Product Registration Code on the 15th of Decembre and I'm still not in the EGA, neither is my friend who did it on the same day.
I looked it up and it said I needed a Pre-Order Code, so where the hell do I get that? I never got any Pre-Order Code.
Help?
