Why ur killing your keyboard over this. Just set refresh rate to 5 seconds and it will just refresh itself every 5 secs

If the tweets from yesterday are to be believed they wont send any emails out before 12pm GMT, which is 7am EST, 4am CST etc. You've got an hour n a half yet.
Colour my life with the chaos of trouble.

If yur running Opera, just Right Click -> Refresh Every -> Custom -> 5 seconds
