Just wondering if it was possible to buy SWTOR using a VPN and buying through Origin, I'm from AU and I doubt it would get here in time for launch from Amazon =\

I wouldn't. They'll flag your CC for fraud in some cases, so good luck using your CC for subscriptions later.

they will flag ur cc only if u announce it at the bank otherwise its cool, i know people that did it and they had no problems
