Trouble downloading client

I recently bought SW:TOR on amazon, because currently Australia doesn't have a release date, the thing is I put in the pre-order code and made account ect. Filled out the contact information and five security questions, can I not download the client till I get the code in the box which is getting sent to from America if so how do I enter the early accesss.
