[Video] 10 Man Normal Spine of Deathwing (Shadow Priest POV)

Here's a simple video/gameplay of the Spine of Deathwing from Eastbound and Down (Kil'jaeden US).

    Link - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6IjIUNGQ5JI&

    The video includes the following,

Shadow Priest POV - Danarys / Kil'jaeden US

Ventrilo Recording - No editing, straight forward.

Music - Dubstep, BUT past/future videos vary from all sorts of genres.

    World of Logs - http://worldoflogs.com/reports/rt-j000im8u7p780xe1

Composition - 1 Tank, 3 Heals, 6 DPS - Blood DK, Holy Paladin, Disc Priest, Resto Druid, Shadow Priest, Arcane Mage, Affliction Warlock, Combat Rogue, Frost DK, Fire Mage (who was a PUG)

Shadow Priests can be flexible on this fight. Since you have to watch how fast and not over dps the Hideous Amalgamations, you can help out by healing off the Searing Plasma from the Corruptions which will greatly help your healers out.

Or you can just enjoy killing everything like I was doing yesterday . Here: http://worldoflogs.com/reports/rt-k9...=18104&e=18577. The fight has a ridicolously boring design from a dps pov, luckily there's no real punishment for multidotting everything in the lfr version.

While a well timed Divine Hymn is definitely worth doing as a Shadow priest in any encounter, as is a Boomkin's Tranquility - if you're dropping out of shadowform to heal then there's something wrong, imo.

Edit - Just looked at your WoL, you guys used THREE healers not TWO. Resto Druid, Holy Paladin and Disc Priest. And all of them did sub 15k HPS. They aren't performing well at all. The Resto druid isn't spamming Rejuv enough, the Holy Paladin is using Holy Light far too much, and the Disc priest barely cast PoH.

    o.O

Well, I actually was looking at Madness logs when I wrote 2 heals/boomkin druid, my apologies. But your telling me, when you want to slow dps on the Hideous Amalgamation, you just stand there? I'd much rather put some infinite mana to use and help flash heal/renew off some Searing Plasma.

My guild runs 3 Spriests (25M) and there are plenty of times we have to shift out and heal, but that's typically because we run a healer short and make up for that by offspecs healing during burn phases. So not ALWAYS something wrong.
