Lag and the chance you run out of batteries when boss is at 2% and you wipe because of it.

Only reason I would ever use a wireless keyboard is if I was far away from my computer if I used it. (ie: computer's on the TV and my couch is far away)
Other than that, you get a slower response time, gotta use batteries, it's usually more expensive and you still use a USB slot.
