EDIT: Figured it out. It's an icon representing the squad being told to Hold Position. I thought that might be it, but for some reason, it wasn't changing when I instructed them to rally. Thanks anyway, everyone!
Hey, everyone.
A friend bought me Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2 over Steam and I've been playing Mass Effect quite a bit recently.
I have a question that Google hasn't been able to answer (maybe because I just am not wording it correctly). Recently, a couple icons popped up next to Williams and Tali's names, and I have no idea what they mean:
Anyone have any idea what those icons mean? Thanks.

OMG! You'll freak when you get to Mass Effect 2. One of the best games I've ever played. You'll love it.
