well, the HP has clearly the better specs by a good margin. The only downside is the lower resolution display (1600x900 vs 1366x768, assuming they both have the standard resolution for their respective display size).

Looking at the more powerful specs and the lower resolution of the hp, then i would guess the hp reaches nearly the double fps of the acer.
Why do something simple, when there is a complicated way?
    Ryzen 7 2700X | BeQuiet Dark Rock Pro 4 | 16GB DDR4-3200 | MSI X470 Gaming Pro | MSI GTX 1070 Gaming X 8G | 500GB / 750GB Crucial SSD
Fractal Define C | LG 32UK550 | Das Model S Professional Silent | CM Storm Xornet

    620 what?
    Pound? Yen? Dollars?

You can't expect to play games on high fps on a 500$ laptop

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16834230132 is the best you can get for that little money, but it's stretching.

Why not just build a computer for 620 pounds? I'd be a hell of a lot better then a laptop.

Why do people alway jump in with this?

Perhaps the OP is in school and needs a laptop... Perhaps the OP travels a lot... Or, perhaps the OP just WANTS a laptop.
