Frost dk shadow priest

Should i be outdpsing my dk cause even in games where he is focused he is always doing like 25% more dmg then me and games where i am focused about 50% more. Is it a learned to play issue or what?

i dont know how to answer this question, its very situational and needs alot more explanation. frost dks are dependant on killing machine procs and if hes stacking necrotic strikes. it also depends on if your popping arch angel and spaming mindspike/mindblast combos or running full dots with mindflay.

I start off with dots then get a 5 stack of evangel and i start bursting when i think we can get a kill.
