Build me a budget pc around the FX-4100

First time builder looking to build a pc around the AMD FX-4100 3.6 quad core CPU (unable to link because of first time poster). After OS price and CPU, I'll have about 390$ left to spend on other parts. Due to economic reasons, its probably about all I'll have to spend for quite a bit.
Mainly looking to play WoW at more then 6fps (everything on low) and Shogun 2 total war on mid-high settings.

p.s. Where I live its hot during the summer 90-100 degree. With no Central Home AC, I could probably find an extra 50$ somewhere to help improve system cooling (better then an extra 100$ per month on electric bill for AC cooling).

If its not possible, then please recommend me a pre-built PC for around $600 (os included).

Don't buy the Fx-4100 if you give two flipping burgers about performance. The Phenom II series are currently better off, and also most likely cheaper.

with this said, a core i3 dual core gives more performance than a phenom II quad core in most games. Imo, do not skimp on the processor if youre going to go with a higher end graphics card.

consult this chart for gpu info on cata
    http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/...ce,2793-5.html

    intel cpu tests
    http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/...ce,2793-9.html

    amd cpu tests
    http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/...e,2793-10.html

these are somewhat outdated, but as the graphs show a core i3 will give more performance in WoW than a phenom II 6 core.

    core i3 sandy bridge processor
    $120

low end z68 mobo (single graphics card slot, good ram capability)
    $115

gtx 460 graphics card (best price/performance ratio imo)
    $149

low end case for decent cooling
    $40

    4g ddr3 ram
    $40

    500watt power supply
    $60

    hard drive
    $40-80 depending on size

~comes out to about $564 total without OS, so about $664 with Win7 64 bit. If you have a case or hard drive or any of that then of course that would cut out that price point. That pc would be superior to the amd chip and an amd gpu

for whatever reason, according to every benchmark ive seen intel/nvidia > amd processors and gpu ....edit... (in WoW, just wanted to clear that up so I wasn't hassled about it)
