You should format your post; it's very annoying to read.

At glance, yes, it will run WoW fairly well. Close to full high settings in solo content but it will struggle at low/medium in a 25-man raid setting. What are you paying for this? The CPU is fairly outdated and the GPU is lackluster. You can most likely get a way better computer by building it yourself. For example:
