While Ti'tahk has some higher Int/Spellpower, and a sexy sexy haste proc, it's hard to make use of that really. On any real healing fight, I'd use the Scalpel over the staff (until you get the Mace that is).

On fights that aren't challenging to heal, it's nice to give out a DPS boost. Or like the first half of Ultraxion, then switch. But as a primary healing weapon? Not really worth it.
