Amd bulldozer 3.1 working right

I was in my CCC on ATI overdrive and I must of clicked on the CPU auto tune pc froze but when I restarted it booted right back up. Ran cpuid and my idle speed for this processor runs around 1755.9 with a x7 multi. Is the processer running at the right speed? If I reset everything in CCC should it of went back to stock?

Yes that's idle. You can disable that and always run it at 3.1 if you want too. But It saves power when you arnt playing games or running intensive programs.
