Exporting in CS3

So I've been trying to export my fraps'd vids in Adobe Premiere CS3, and when I import it it looks great, but when I export it to 1280 x 720 (i record with a res of 1600x 900) it makes it all pixelated and such. It's set to H.264 for format and the bit rate target is 6 and I think max is 8. It's also set to progressive for field order and pixel aspect ratio is square pixels. Frame rate is 29.97.

I swear i can't get it to work

Edit: Nvm, I figured it out....I had to uncheck deinterlace. fml.
