    Laptop, $600, Advice?

I have a friend looking for a laptop less than 600 dollars. She primarily wants a wow machine. Smooth gameplay (or at least decent gameplay) is a must. Anyone know of a good deal I don't?

Something like this might play reasonably well on medium settings if another ~$50 isn't a problem. If $700 is possible, this will play even better.

Another ~$700 option is the Y570 from Lenovo that is on sale with the 555M, has a slower CPU but is brand new and it will play well.

About $700 is as cheap as you can get a decent laptop for games, but laptops are a waste of money for gaming when compared to desktops.

I'd say keep saving. A bottom of the line model might run wow ok for now but guessing it will be a laggy pos come the next expansion.
