zOmg It Bit Me is a "semicasual" progression-oriented 25-man raiding guild. We stress quality play over long hours fighting content, and we rarely if ever will go more than 3 hours on a raid night. We are a loot council guild that has a very fair, zero-drama loot distribution policy. We are generally young adults with jobs, families, etc. etc. and so we stick to our raid start and end times.

We are currently 1/8H. After a long break for the holidays we are ready to push forward in heroic modes. We were 6/7 H 25 Man in Firelands.

We currently have just 1 raiding hunter, mage, dk and warlock (our staff mages keep quitting QQ). Also could really use another healer to round up our healing team as some do not keep great attendance.

In addition any and all exceptional players that would like to join our guild are welcome to apply.

Requirements
Attendance: We raid 25-man content from 8:00pm-11:00pm CST (server is CST) Monday through Thursday (Friday through Sunday are offnights/10mans), if you can't make these raid times then please do not apply.
Skill: You must be able to prove to us that you are not a waste of a raid spot, and trust us when we say we can tell very quickly who is and who is not.
Intelligence: We are looking for people who don't need to be told twice (or ten times) what their job is in a given fight. Asking questions is just fine, not learning from mistakes isn't.
Responsibility: You must be on time for raids with flasks/pots/food and anything else you need to perform your role during the fights we are working on.

Note: During your trial period, you are expected to be online for 75% of all 25-man raids or you will not be granted full membership. Trial members are considered after regular raiders for loot.
