Need help abuut SW Tor ORDER

Hello guys,

A friend just called me because he is in some trouble, he wanted to buy a digital version of SW ToR on origins but accidentally ordered a fysical version, now he can't find where to cancel that order so he can just get the digital version.

He tried mailing them, he called a couple of phones but no one is answering anywhere. There is no way to track his order or anything and no cancel options at all.

Does anyone have any idea how he should proceed ?

ps: If it matters he ordered it from Belgium. And called EA on the belgium phone number and the one they gave on the dutch version of the site (which doesn't even call at all)

EA use a webchat service for Customer support.

Doesn't seem to work you can only sen mails and he already did that yesterday (more then 24 hours ago and still no answer ), And when he wants to send a new one it bugs and doesn't let him send one.

No webchat available for orgin support, then only give you a number that doesn't work. The support doesn't look very good :S I don't even udnerstand why there is no option to cancel an order seems stupid.
