any good fighting games for the PC?

im looking for a game thats like street fighter and MvC but that i can play on my computer

if it isnt like the 2 games listed above then still post it... it just has to be in the fighting genre

im not looking for SSF4: AE 2012

hopefully you guys can post stuff thats free and/or in the browser but ill gladly take any suggestion

i prefer online play but offline games are good too

any suggestions?
