BW or WoU?

I'm Pritty sure http://www.wowhead.com/item=77198/will-of-unbinding is better but i also have the use effect of http://www.wowhead.com/item=77114/bottled-wishes for nukeing.

Haste W BW: 2130 - 16.63%

Just want to be 100% sure, WoU Is normal mode ofc.

im pretty sure WoU is BiS for all casters, b/c i dont think in any weight system the haste from BW is gonna be better than the pure 880 int

Defently for PvE there's no question It's mainly just the haste... its 3.56% more then the use effect for those nuke periods... but thinking about it its only 1.3k more sp on a 1min 45sec cd (incl the duration). Will i reach a haste threshold on a dot with the 3.56% more? If so is it worth keeping?

Newbie in arena highest rating is 1983 =z never got 2k+

for pvp i would go with Insignia of the Corr Mind or Cunning of the Cruel, the proc from either one of those will prob be better for burst dmg in pvp
