Opinions and advices about the following build

Earlier I posted a thread, but in the wrong section, so I'm going to re-post here with the current build I'm looking forward to. Please do share your opinions! (I'm mostly worried about the video card).

    Motherboard:

    Asus M5A97 PRO, AMD 970, AM3+ (up to 140W), DDR3, 2xPCI-E (CF), DTS 7.1, Lan1000, 6xSATA RAID 6Gb/s 0,1,5, 10, 2xUSB3.0, ATX

    CPU:
    FX-8120 Eight Core (3.1GHz (Turbo Freq. @4.0GHz), 8MB L2/8MB L3, 125W, AM3+) Black Edition

    Memory:

    2 x 4GB DDR3 1600MHz, Kingston HyperX Genesis

    Video card:
    GF GTX 560 Ti, 1GB Asus ENGTX560 TI DCII/2DI/1GD5, PCI-E, DDR5, 256bit, miniHDMI & 2xDVI

The idea behind this build is to run SWTOR on max possible settings with high fps on 1680x1050.

    - Which settings/fps can I expect? Operations/raids.
    - Opinions + advices would be greatly appreciated!

    PS:
HDD + SSD I will decide later about

(in before "buy an Intel chip")

Yeah, that'll do it. The setup in my sig runs TOR maxed at 1920x1200. Your video card is as powerful as mine and the CPU nearly as fast as mine would be if it were stock.
    Super casual.

You will find little use of the 8 cores in games, couple that with the rather poor single-core performance of the Bulldozer chips and you are looking at a CPU that isn't at all for gaming. If you do use your computer for more heavy multi-threaded applications, then it is a potent choice, if not - go for the i5 2500k.

Further, I don't see a listed budget, or if you have the components not listed (PSU and case primarily). Anyway:
    MoBo: ASRock Z68 Extreme3$124.99
    CPU: Intel i5 2500k$219.99
    RAM: G.Skill Sniper 1600MHz 2x4GB$43.99
    GPU: Gigabyte GTX 560 Ti$209.99
