I've been looking high and low for any and all information on the design of this particular cloak and turned up nothing





do any of you wonderful people know if this back or any like it are obtainable at all?

Unfortunatly, that cloak you can no longer get. Like the poster above me said, you could get it from the chest at the end of Trial of the Crusader, if you wre Alliance.

HOWEVER! A new cloak drops from Al'akir nowadays, looking exactly the same. I'm still trying to get one for myself, I wish you luck getting yours!
