Subscription

Did anyone else have any issues where they tried to cancel their subscription last week and it said I had no subscription but still got charged? I sent them an email and we'll see what happens but I had no intention of subscribing and I wanted to cancel but it said I had nothing to cancel.

You are not alone in this issue. Report it to the customer support and keep your fingers crossed for a timely fix.
