No you would have a 50% chance if you took either A or D. But since you picked B the answer is already wrong. And if you picked A or D you're wrong to as it's a 50% you're right, which again isn't the percentage you actually chose.

Or that's how I see it at least.

I suppose you could just use any of the doors.

* No windows
* Doors
* No way out <-- unless made impossible due to that part

Find the next number, enjoy! I am off to bed.

Or have you tricked me and the answer is 42?

It's 50/50 if your plane crashes when you fly - Either it crashes, or it doesn't.
It's 50/50 if you win the lottery - Either you win, or you don't.

Could go on forever with these stupid statements :P

I hate when people say stuff like these. 50/50 crash/not crash would mean that out of 100 plane flights 50 crash and 50 don't crash which is just as dumb as saying the sky appears black during the day. There may be 2 options but that doesn't mean the chances of each option are equal.

10. these things make my brain hurt....

Uh... No, not really.
Just because there are 2 possible outcomes, it doesn't mean that they are equally probable.

Y = X + X^2

Next number is 42 + 42^2 = something big :P don't have a calculator at hand (too lazy to use the computer's one)

If you randomly choose an answer to this question, what are the chances you will be correct?

a) 25%
b) 50%
c) 0%
d) 25%
It's C. None of those answers are answers to the question lol

If C is the correct answer, then it wouldn't be 0% chance. That question can't be answered in the form it's presented.

17. I want the answers to some of these!

18. Whats open when its closed, and closed when its open?

5 man are walking down the street when it begins to rain, none have an umbrella but only 4 get wet, why?

A man and woman are on a train with no electric lighting, the woman decides to go to the buffet car, as she does the train goes through a long dark tunnel, when she returns to her seat the man is gone, the carriage door is open and there is a cloth laying on the chair. What happened to the man?

If a child is born deaf and blind... what language does it think in?
Probably the grunting language he would be using when he speaks

20. If you randomly choose an answer to this question, what are the chances you will be correct?

a) 25%
b) 50%
c) 0%
d) 25%
Two thoughts, one is that its 25%, as there are 4 answers, so you've got a 1 in 4 chance of getting it.

If thats not correct then Id go with 0%, as the correct answer would have to be 33% and thats not there?
