How to use Sanctuary/mass dispell with Vuhdo.

Area of effect spells seem clunky, how do I map Sanctuary/Mass Dispell to my mouse and click on a Vuhdo frame?

You can't do that. Ground effects can not be automatically placed center around a target, and thats effectively what you're asking for.

You can however make a macro that changes to serenity when over a friendly target and sanctuary when over the ground.

Exactly, its not Efflorescence.
It is like, Rain of Fire, Ice Storm, Death and Decay, Earthquake. Big circle you place on the ground.

/cast [@mouseover] spell name.

mouse over macros work on frames or the toon itself, but you still have to click area to replace.
