Solution Required

Guys, I really wanna try out the mop pre-release patch for the 7 free days but I am having some updating issues.
My wow is patching up from v4.3.4.15595, which is the patch just prior to 5.0.4 i believe. It downloads the updated tools and then proceeds to another window where game files are to be reconfigured. This is the problem:

After about 2 mins a message appears saying "failed to download a required update" and that I should check my internet connection (which is fine).

I doubt that I am the only person in the world that has experienced this. Anyone else who has gone through this please share some knowledge, thanks in advance.

Make sure that your IE isn't in offline mode. That's the only problem I had up to date.

thanks, but that didnt help. something i also noticed is that it takes longer for the msg to appear each time i try to update. maybe its actually doing what its supposed to do but caps out and needs to be restarted?
ugh this is getting frustrating.....

Try deleting the files in Update folder... It sometimes help..

Else the Agent32.exe needs to be updated.
Find the folder C:\ProgramData\BattleNet and delete Agent32.exe
His wil force the launche to download newest version.
