Legendary staff for PvP. BiS?

I have a opportunity to get the legendary staff, but I'm unsure of if its really the best weapon for moonkins in PvP.

The reason I'm asking is that I know it's far from the best weapon for warlocks for example. Not only dps wise, but also cause of the fast that you lose less resilience since you can get a res OH, and you lose less stats.

But thats for warlocks, who can get double death coil and shadowflame, or have one dot tick dublicated.

I know that the staff is better for moonkins than warlocks, but is it the best for moonkins?
In short, is it worth spending the next 3 months getting the staff, just for pvp purposes?

yes, if you're playing correctly as Moonkin you are playing with an affliction lock for dispel protection and peels and annihilating the other team (arena or RBG) with DoT spreads, DTR is insane.
