Firelands was too hard to multibox and it does not have a LFG difficulty and too much player movement required. ICC had certain bosses that was boxable but there were mechanics in there (such as queen's bite, LK's defile) that made it highly improbable if not impossible.

Some bosses require customized macros and the process goes like this... try boss, wipe, tune macros, wipe some more, tune macros or buy better gear or change raid composition and finally get DK loot! lol
