Chat Addon like Hydrachat

Does anyone know of an add-on identical to hydra chat that doesn't require tukui? Not like WIM, something simple that will pop out whispers into individual chat boxes,

The default Blizz chat allows you to do this. haven't used hydra ever so no idea what additional things may be better / configurable.

What the blizzard default does is simply create additional tabs within the current chat window.
Which if anything is much like what some addons such as WIM already do, I suppose being likened to tabs in a web browser

What that hydrachat appears to do however is have them stacked in a column, something I do vaugely seeing once before but on a very old addon.
And one that unfortunately was just a concept and not as far as I was aware ever made into a working one.
If only I could recall the name of it.
