Good LAN games?

So I'm having a LAN with a couple of mates in a week, but we don't really have any good games to play. Got any tips? We used to play alot of Diablo 2 on LANs but we're looking for a breath of fresh air =P We don't mind another "dungeon crawler", it would actually be a great thing. We're looking for something cheap/free to play together. We've played some LoL aswell, and well... It works, but it's not a game that I personally like very much.

So do you have any cool free/cheap games that has a good CO-OP? Feel free to share it here =D

You should go for Payday: The Heist. I had a LAN while back and we were 4 friends playing that together. Awesome coop game.



In Payday: The Heist, players use a variety of firearms to complete objectives, usually centered around stealing a certain object or robbing a bank. Players have the option of restraining civilians until the heist concludes. Should any player die during the heist, one of his teammates may release a civilian in exchange for permission for the player to respawn. Each heist is generated randomly, though it typically involves dealing with law enforcement, which can range from standard patrol officers to S.W.A.T operatives.

EDIT: If you're only 3, the last person in the game will be replaced with a bot.

Alien Vs Predator 2 is quite fun on lan usaly play it time to time with friends, I would also say most c&c games on lan is realy fun to.

Magicka is awesome for lans, however, expect to get killed by your teammates ALOT as friendly fire is turned on by default and I'm unsure if you can even toggle it off.
