Good choice! I used to be all over Dragon Ball Z as a child! Lost count of how many times I stood out in my back garden yelling trying to turn into a super saiyan LOL...

For me my first has to be Tenchi from Tenchi Muyo, ever since the first day I watched the anime ( I was really young ) I've loved it and stuck by it ever since to this day.

Tidus from Final Fantasy 10, I cried at what happened at the ending (I hope I've not even out any spoilers :P) I would call that pretty... heroic. The love story grabbed me even when I was... 10 or 9 when it came out!

I would have to agree with you too, Ezio is the man. I really did get a kick out of those Assassins Creed games, I hope there's more to come! I don't think I'll ever get bored of those.

I hope this thread gets more posts, pretty interesting ^.^

Fox McCloud, making furriness macho since 1993 (also best fighter on SSBros.):

R.J. MacReady, baddest mother in the Antarctic:

I, for one, welcome our Dark Lady-like overlord:

Then shed-loads of others, but I don't want to fill up my post with too many pics:
Link (adult), Kain & Raziel, Stitch (Experiment 626), Wolverine, Big Boss, Jack Skelington, President (Independence Day), Lestat, L (Death Note), D (Vampire Hunter), Kisuke Urahara, (Robert Downey Jr.'s) Tony Stark, Tyrion Lannister, T-800 (from T2) and many more I can't think of right now.

Non-Fictional: Christopher Hitchens (He was always on TV )

No, I didn't forget about you, Pinkie...

Revan, hands down. Dexter is also pretty high, and Mario from Sunshine.

Manuel "Manny" Calavera, from Grim Fandango.

He'll take a little more bread to honor the dead.

So many choices...I'd either have to go with the Ninja Turtles (I think the whole team counts as one), Megaman, or Link.

    Blasphemy, sir!

Although his blaster did put Fox's measly pea-shooter to shame...

It's pretty much the same as the Villain thrad, just that instead of vilains you post heroes. It's not that hard to understand

    All three of them

    Eddard Stark, Lord of Winterfell

And Jon Snow in my favorite scene in A Dance with Dragons.

I'm a big fan of the Batman too.

Was my favorite LOTR character in both the books and the movies . . . and I read the books first.

Might post more as I think of other favorites. But this post is already getting image heavy.

Oh and credit where credit is due:

If you're talking about my picture, that would be a shepherd from a small farm outside Emonds Field in the Two Rivers, a small backwater corner of Andor.

Also known as Rand Al'thor, the Dragon Reborn. With the hat is Matrim Cauthon and with the beard is Perrin Aybara. They are the protagonists of the Wheel of Time.

For me it would be a toss up between Link, Ness, or Red

Been a fan of all of them for years.

Piccolo is my favorite hero from TV. Not only does he have a cool background, but he's also the only non-saiyan who managed to remain semi-relavent after the Frieza saga.

From videogames, my favorite hero is either Master Chief or Geralt of Rivia. Both are complete badasses.
