i sense a trend occuring here...
= boring
but to each their own, i guess^^ i for one prefer to actually use a build with both high skill cap and high skill reward =)
i've had sort of enough "button 1, button 2, button 3, something dies" going on in wow and swtor already.
and no, i'm not trying to flame anyone, just my honest opinion :]
i really hope anet will make ridiculously easy and/or crazy burst builds unviable, as it tends to hurt competitive pvp overall

Don't bother, they are just trying to inflate their post count with messages that look like they are contributing so they can post their guild recruitment post without getting removed by edge
I saw it in the warrior thread and others, they don't offer much more than a string of abilities and a one word comment
i had a hard time doing the sa--
err...
*difficult. i had a difficult time doing the same!
mhm. but i dunno if i really like the thief-companions, gotta test that on high level once the game is live.Idea: p/d with ambush trap. Set trap, shoot, thieves guild, laughter
Pd could very well be a good choice for trap based build with the dual skill
I know the thieves guild thieves really did well, even in structured pvp match
I didn't test ambush trap but I would think its a dagger thieves guild thief. Since there's a trait that summons them and the terminology on guild I would think that these thief allies are fairly consistent and standardized
Screw you glytch, my heart soared with joy when i read that, then i open the link and see the title...

eh, the thieves guild was pretty glass cannony i know if a victim of my axes stayed near them for a good 3-4 throws they died, they also can not eat a drake breathe btw, they just implode at that one, but from what i noticed they did a good bit of damage and were ass holes (especially that dagger dagger one they use CnD as well as a smoke screen wall that stops projectiles)
then again i'm pretty sure you're smarter then the average dumbass who stacks power and precision and wonders why he got wrecked in 3 hits -_-'
I wouldn't be surprised if they do take your stats, pets do, i know that they take stats from you based on some % and then your beast mastery skill thingy gives them a larger %
I hope you haven't forgotten my role in this little story. I'm the leading man. You know what they say about the leading man? He never dies.
If you give in to your impulses in this world, the price is that it changes your personality in the real world. The player and character are one and the same.
Oh they were viable, but you can't go 1v1 like EVER, if you get to sneak away into the back line and just rain down destruction then you're going to be devastating EVERYBODY, they aren't -bad- persay, but they aren't going to be sturdy in the least (they're great for defending keeps, that's for sure)
So has the utility skill Ambush always "called in a fellow thief" or was it changed from something else/a new skill?
Suddenly we have pets!

nah i've seen someone with 3 thiefs running around and they popped the whirlwind dagger thing so i don't think it's capped at 1 thief, however the thiefs are pretty freaking squishy, so they're more of an added support thing and not some huge pet thing...
TBH i'm glad they gave thieves "pets" because everyone else has them, why not allow a "pet" based thief if you want to play that way? No one ever said thieves had to work alone anyway =D!
